1. Why are our products so unique
All our products have been developed using the scientific knowledge of well-known manufacturers and are subject to strict quality checks. Millions of persons worldwide are convinced of the fantastic results. The majority of our products is imported from the USA or is produced on our request by well-known companies and are not available in shops in Europe. We deliver tax-free.

2. Delivery service
We deliver directly from our warehouse in Europe. You will receive your order by mail usually within only 5 to 7 working days. We make shipments every day. There is no minimum amount. The shipping costs are 9,90 € to germany and 14,90 € to the rest of europe (see details our shipping costs).
We do not charge any additional costs. We deliver to all countries of the world (except to the USA). In case we ran out of stock, we will inform you immediately by e-mail.

3. Form of payment

You can make payment with our online ship by payment in advance.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: we have taken all preventive measures to secure payment as good as possible. Your personal information are going through a special secure connection (so called SSL-encoding) , which can not be seen by unauthorized persons. This technique offers highest security and meets the current international security standards. We save your details for statistic purposes and we do not reveal any of them to 3rd persons. Regarding advance payment through bank transaction, you simply transfer the invoice amount to our account. Upon receipt of your payment, we will ship the goods to you.
