In the European Union is it allowed to use NO1Fitness.com products?
Yes! The importation and the use of all our products are allowed in Germany or in other countries (except for the USA)!
Do you have to pay a customs duty for NO1Fitness.com products?
No! As we deliver directly from our stock, the customer does not have to pay customs duty.
Are all NO1Fitness.com products original products?
Yes! Unfortunately a small part of our competitors do sell false products, which often are completely useless. If you order at NO1Fitness.com, you can be sure that you ordered an original product!
Delivery service / modes of payment:
How long does it take to receive my shipment?
Your order will be processed in one working day. Your package will be delivered normally within 5 to 7 working days. We send all packages by an internationl courier service. The delivery to other countries takes 10 days.
Which countries does NO1Fitness.com deliver to?
We deliver worldwide, except to the USA. The postage costs for Germany are 9,90 €, please consult shipping costs to other countries.
What happens if I am not at home when the courier service employee delivers my order?
Should you not be at home, when the courier service employee delivers the package, he will leave a delivery note in your post-box. From then on you have to collect the package at the post office (mentioned on the delivery note) within 7 days. After this period, the package will be resend to us automatically. Should we have to resend it to you, you will have to pay the extra delivery costs.
Which credit cards does NO1Fitness.com accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and Delta.
Why does my credit card statement not show the name “NO1Fitness.com”, but “Worldpay”?
You placed an order online and paid for it with credit card? Do not be surprised that you do not see the name NO1Fitness.com on your monthly bank slips. We have instructed the company Worldpay to take care of the credit card payments. That is why you see this name on your bank transaction slips. The company Worldpay is the holder of the account and therefore legally represents our company, allowed to debit the mentioned amount from your account.
How does the 30-days refund guarantee work?
We wish to have satisfied clients, therefore all orders have a 30-day refund guarantee (by law only days!). This means that after having received the package, you have 30 days to return it to us, without giving any reasons. The goods (tins/bottles) should not have been opened nor damaged. Just send us e-mail and we will inform you where to send the package. We refund the purchase price through a bank transfer (minus postage costs).
